Accelerating Accelerator Investment

This last month, Campbell Law Group assisted HUB Ventures Fund by providing a cost-effective series of templates with which to make equity investments in all of the companies in HUB Ventures’ most recent cohort. HUB Ventures’ 12-week accelerator program gives high-impact companies access to an impressive roster of mentors from many fields, ranging from the Carbon War Room to Chipotle. In addition,  each company in the cohort benefits from connections to HUB’s many partner organizations in the Bay Area impact investment community. Weekly workshops and thousands of dollars worth hosting, PR, and other services help businesses scale quickly during their time in the Bay Area HUB. The program culminates with the opportunity to pitch to hundreds of Bay Area investors at Investor Day, pictured above.
